If you’re longing to feel more whole

In your identity, your relationships, and your inner world

Let’s begin

*Now offering therapy for second-gen Brown (BIPOC) individuals & couples in California.

My approach

Depth Therapy Rooted in Story, Culture, and Soul

In a world that often pathologizes difference, my work helps you reclaim it as sacred.

I offer depth-oriented therapy that listens beneath the surface, past symptoms and toward your soul. This is therapy shaped not just by pain, but by legacy, longing, and the quiet call to become fully yourself.

For second-generation brown (BIPOC), immigrant individuals, this work honors the internalized expectations, invisible grief, and intergenerational trauma that often go unnamed.

We’ll explore:

  • Cultural stories and ancestral patterns

  • Archetypal energies and inherited emotional myths

  • Your personal experiences, without erasing the systems that shaped them

This form of therapy helps adult children of immigrant parents, BIPOC millennials, and bicultural couples find healing not just from what happened, but from what was silenced.

You don’t have to keep shrinking to survive. Let’s reclaim your full, complex self, together.

Meet Me

I am a second-generation South Asian therapist who has long straddled the confusing art of bi-cultural worlds, often carrying invisible expectations, and silence parts of yourself to belong. I know well the pressures of our world to be high achieving and perfect — in love, in work and in yourself. I offer a space to unlearn perfectionism, reclaim your story, and feel whole again.
